Ref: AF October MASS COMMODITIES FUNCTIONSResponsibilities:Manage EMEA REGION on the personal care + cosmetic categories: Revlon Hair Color, Revlon Color Cosmetics, Creme of Nature, Llongueras Flex, Cutex.Lead innovation projects together with the global MKT team.Drive support to local markets on strategy, activation and assets requirement.Drive the strategy and growth plans in the EMEA Region.Manage the P&L: COGS, Price strategy and TOP line growth.Elevate and align with global on EMEA priorities.Analyze and understand the Nielsen variables: market evolution, prices, promotional activity, rate of sale.Understand market performance and insights.Project Management.Co-lead the project development with global Marketing.Media Communication.Work with local markets on their Media Plan and support in content creation.Requirements:Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines from an accredited institution and at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG industry.High level of English.Experience in Product development and Project Management.Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, Nielsen.High analytical and financial skills.Proactive and agile in ways of working.High level of commitment.Autonomous.Leadership skills.Easy to go with Processes and internal systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
