Financial & Strategic Projects Manager

Lead strategic operational projects within the LatAm Cluster, while supporting Management Team decisions through business analysis, financial information, and analytical insights.He/She will join the LatAm Finance team reporting to the CFO.Main Functions and Tasks:Lead strategic operational projectsIdentify key risks opportunities to maximize efficiency of business decisionsDrive initiatives to boost business performance and optimizationPerform regular and ad-hoc business financial analysisUnderstand business performance and provide insightful outputsDesired Qualifications and Skills:Above 6 years of experience in Advisory, Audit, or similar positionSound analytic skills and good understanding of business drivers and KPIsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of BI toolsExtensive experience building data models and conducting complex business analysisCommunication presentation skills - written and verbal at senior levelLogistics knowledge will be valuedFluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese would be a plusGeneral Competencies:TeamworkIntellectual curiosityStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsHighly self-motivated and passionateProven multi-taskerResults-oriented and used to working under tight deadlinesAdaptabilityCustomer service orientationInitiative for anticipating and meeting business demandsHands-on and committedLooking for candidates with potential to grow with the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
