And we are committed to being an employer of choice, inclusive and responsible.In accordance with our Diversity policy, all our positions are open to candidates with disabilities.By joining our Finance Global Operations team, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales team by assisting with quoting and all of the back-office processes associated with TD Synnex Capital's business.Performing customer engagements, quoting follow-up, pipeline management, and providing operational functions for financial solutions will be also some of your responsibilities.Your Essential Duties & Responsibilities :Supports TD SYNNEX Capital sales and operations teamsAct as the primary point of contact that is responsible for the back-office processes associated with financial solutions transactionsMay on occasion create quotations at the direction of a sales team member, or other vendor requested quotation for financial transactionsWorks with external customers to ensure understanding and adherence to the funding process(es)Reviews all finance documents and bank invoices for completeness and accuracyPrepares financial documents and obtains information and signatures from external customers as neededTracks incoming payments and provides advice to Accounting regarding applicationPerforms in depth external customer credit review and releases orders per established guidelinesTracks orders to completion and obtains necessary serial numbers on productEnsures proper data mapping between sales system and financing systemCoordination and liaising between TD SYNNEX Capital and internal customersTroubleshooting for internal and external customersWorks at the direction of management to balance team members workloads and ensure team adherence to all back-office processesAttend meetings with financial solutions vendors to review outstanding workMentors and provides developmental support to Financial Solutions Operations team members.Your Qualifications :Experience :Several years of relevant work experience.Financial Solutions or Sales Operations experience a plus.Education & Certifications :Bachelors Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.Your Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :Executing instructions and requesting clarification when needed.Using a 10-key quickly and accurately.Possessing strong data entry skills.Performing basic mathematical calculations.Recognizing and attending to important details with accuracy and efficiency.Communicating clearly and convey necessary information
