.DescriptionAVITA Medical is a regenerative medicine company leading the development and commercialization of devices and autologous cellular therapies for skin restoration. Our FDA approved RECELL System technology platform treats patients with thermal burn wounds and full-thickness skin defects and is used for re-pigmentation of stable depigmented vitiligo lesions by harnessing the regenerative properties of a patients' own skin to create Spray-on Skin cells.Position SummaryThe role will be responsible for implementing, developing, and providing commercial financial analysis on KPIs giving data driven insights to aid decision making. Varying business to business, the financial planning and analysis function will manage all data and dissemination of commercial results across the business, so the relevant tools are being provided to support the growth of AVITA Medical's business.Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:Needs to be able to develop a budget model from the ground up.Hands-on in developing and rolling of planning and forecasting data in the planning softwareHeavy financial planning and analysis duties. Budgeting, Forecasting, KPI's.Perform and oversee financial analytics and variance explanations on a monthly/Quarterly/annual basis that support the business.Meet with business stakeholders and provide support for variances related to AOP and Forecast.Ability to build and improve analytical models that are dynamic in nature.Support the Capex planning and Cashflow modeling3-year strategic plan/Board Presentations.Assist with systems-integration/systems upgrades related to planningRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or relevant fieldAt least 5 years of work experience Corporate financial planning and analysisForecast modeling experience for a manufacturing based business modelFamiliarity with Adaptative PlanningStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork.Advanced Excel skills, and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.Quantitative, with strong attention to detail and high degree of comfort with large data volumesStrong work ethic with ability to perform in a self managed environmentMust be good at multitasking with a keen attention to details and following through.EEOC: Avita Medical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
