Financial Planning & Analyst Partner - French Speaker [F/M/X] (Bt470)

Job Description As a Financial Partner, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the scope you are assigned and ensuring the financial sustainability of its business. This includes:
Being responsible for a scope with several countries.Reviewing and monitoring the monthly P&L of the scope.Providing the analysis required to establish a yearly budget and monitor its gap with the P&L.Providing financial analysis and forecasting.Analyzing the profitability of individual business lines/projects and identifying actions to preserve/improve the business' margins.Supporting the production of financial reports to be submitted to the Board of Directors.Overseeing and monitoring the structured projects provisions.Managing cash and monitoring the invoicing flows.Interacting and coordinating with the other finance teams: treasury, controlling, accounting, invoicing, etc. and staff departments: HR, Management, and Director.Managing local FP&As and a team of business controllers.Ideal Profile: Graduated from a Master's degree.A previous experience between 5-6 years in a similar position (corporate finance, controlling, financial analysis…) or in audit in a Big 4.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentations creation abilities along with financial modeling experience.Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and inter-relational skills; ability to interact at all levels of the organization.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Already has experience in team management (at least 5 people).Fluent in French and English is required.Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com for improving day-to-day productivity.
