As a Financial Manager, you will play a significant role in organizing and managing our budget.
Concretely you will oversee all tasks related with cost analysis and control: ? Annual and quarterly budget.
? Tasks quotation.
? Budget approval process.
? Control and monitoring of incurred.
? RFQ process and payments to third parties.
Tasks Budget · Gather and analyze financial data.
· In charge of CTB and BAU estimations.
· In charge of HC Estimation.
· Maps Budget Releases.
· Quotes Budget Releases.
· Feeds Budget and Forecast Applications.Execution · Approves on-boarding of resources.
· Focal point for RFQ Process with Aquanima.
· Creates activation form, focal point with P&C. · Execute third party process (Apolo-ICO).
· Feeds looking ahead (Quotation, Project Approval, Project Creation, Allocation of ressources).
· Lead efficiency/reduction actions.
Control · Guarantees execution into budget.
· Provides accruals information.
Reporting · Provides forecast information based on accruals.
· Provides product cost to income.
EXPERIENCE · Extensive and demonstrable experience in Budget and Finance Management.
· Experience in Governance disciplines in a Financial Services environment.
· Understanding of reporting and control frameworks.
