Do you want to join our team?Santander Consumer Finance is oriented toward the development of business related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments.WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR WORKAs a Financial Management Senior Analyst, your goal will be to support the coordination, guidance and supervision of the Financial and Capital Management activity of several units of the SCF group.
We need someone like you to help us in different areas:Coordinate all the Financial Management activities corresponding to the assigned units, helping achieve the Financial Management objectives in SCF units.Guide and supervise the management of structural risks carried out by SCF units, ensuring compliance with established guidance.Monitor and support the achievement of the Capital Contribution Objectives of SCF Units.Analyze the evolution of the financial expenses of each unit by sources of financing and price.Represent HQ Financial Management in the ALCOs of SCF units as well as in other relevant forums.Propose and monitor the implementation of initiatives to improve the financial margin.Follow-up and propose to improve the profitability of different products and business proposals.Prepare medium-term financial plans, budgets, defining guidelines and analyzing the proposals of the units for subsequent validation.EXPERIENCEExperience of around 6-10 years in banking, preferably in functions with financial content (capital management, balance sheet management, management control, treasury, financial risks, accounting).EDUCATIONUniversity Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Engineering or similar.
Postgraduate studies in Finance will be valued.SKILLS KNOWLEDGEKnowledge of Financial Management and Accounting, Spreadsheet Domain Excel, PowerPoint.Very high level of English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
