Financial Controller
Full time, Barcelona
The successful candidate will work closely with the Country MD with the day-to-day running of the Finance Operation. You will enjoy leading, coaching, and developing team members along with offering ideas and suggestions to take the department forward in meeting the ever-changing business needs during an exciting period of growth.
Responsibilities:
Monthly reporting being responsible for one country in EMEA
Financial planning, budget, and monthly rolling forecast
Variance analysis and reporting
Taking actions out of findings from your variance analysis
Working on temporary projects
Support in financial audits
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Economics or Finance (University/College) or similar
Number-crunching mindset
Strong numeric and analytical skills and capable of analyzing processes
Dedicated and eager to learn
Strong Excel skills
