.Financial Controller & HR ChampionEIT InnoEnergyTo support our Iberia Operation, we are looking for a:Financial Controller and HR ChampionMain Roles and Responsibilities:Finance and Administration Management: Lead and manage finance and administrative processes for CC Iberia's Spanish and Portuguese offices. Serve as the primary interface for EIT customers, suppliers, employees, accountants, advisors, and auditors, ensuring a strong customer-oriented approach.Accounting and Controlling Assistance: Oversee the accounting and controlling processes, including the supervision of outsourced accounting services.Payroll and HR Processes: Manage administrative aspects of payroll and company HR processes, acting as an HR Champion to foster a positive workplace culture and support HR initiatives.Finance Support Team Guidance: Guide the Finance Support team in handling purchase orders, purchase invoices, sales invoices, travel expenses, payments, and collections.Accounting Supervision: Supervise accounting activities, perform monthly adjustments and closures, and coordinate yearly close procedures. Support statutory and related audits.General Administrative and Finance Tasks: Handle various administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Background in accountancy and administration.Experience: Proven experience in finance administration, accounting, and HR processes. Experience in audit is a plus.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Navision or equivalent software.
