The Financial Analyst supports the Poland Industrial Gases business (commercial and supply chain) in achieving their commitments by providing meaningful financial analysis, accurate reporting and planning, and general financial advice together with input into decision-making.

As the Financial Analyst, you will: Contribute to achieving Operating Plan targets for the Polish Industrial Gases business:Month-end close review results reporting, major factor preparation, and analysis of monthly results and forecastingPrepare monthly/quarterly report packages for Business Area Reviews with the regional management teamDevelop quarterly formal forecasts for the fiscal year, comparing forecast to Operating Plan targetsPrepare the yearly Operating Plan in collaboration with all business areas.Provide proactive business support:Analyze major operational/commercial projects – customer profitability, price/margin analysis, new business profitability analysisMonitor Capex and facilitate cost control of the supply chain and plant operationsContribute to business meetings and communicate effectively with the Poland IG business at all levelsAssist with preparing the "Cost to Serve" standards for the integrated gases businessSupport various projects on an ad-hoc basisWork with Supply Chain, Customer Engineering, Operations to understand cost performance and comparisons to prior years and Operating PlansEngage proactively with the team, highlighting cost trends and helping develop corrective actionsSupport the identification of productivity programs, measuring impact/performanceMaintain close links between the business unit and the Accounting and Shared Business Services organization for the region Minimum Requirements: University Degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, accounting, MBA, or a related financial qualification (completed or in progress, ACCA/CIMA preferred)Prior business or finance partnering experience is advantageousExperience in FP&A function is beneficialStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood systems knowledge (SAP, Analysis/Business Warehouse) and excellent Office skills (MS Excel)Familiarity with BI tools (BEX, Qlik Sense) is beneficialHigh degree of initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels, including senior managementLanguages: Polish and English requiredSalary: Competitive salary + annual bonus + competitive benefits
