Managing Vision Care Hong Kong P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow for planning and actual analysis; partner with managementteam and provide finance support on ad-hoc projects.Major Duties & Responsibilities40% Perform as the key finance partner to Vision Care Hong Kong management team in strategy deployment, resource prioritization and performance improvement.30% Support Hong Kong Vision Care for day-to-day operations, coordination of the business plan and financial updates, setting financial targets and monitoring execution for Vision Care Hong Kong business.20% Facilitate and deploy key initiatives, e.G., IBP/Signifi launch.10% Provide finance support on key and ad-hoc projects.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Min 5 years solid experience in FP&A and business partnering role.Strategic thinking.Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification e.G., CPA/CMA/CFA etc.The ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements.Strong organization and communication skills to influence and manage different stakeholders is a must.The ability to design business processes and have the ability to work effectively in a new, dynamic, and fast-paced environment is required.Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).Self-motivated and independent with good problem-solving skills.Knowledge in ERP software is required.This Is What Awaits YOU At J&J: An opportunity to be part of a global market leader.
