We are looking for a Finance Controls Officer and Manager of Environmental Reporting to join AXA Partners financial teams.
You will be responsible for internal financial controls and environmental reporting and will report to the Manager of Group Accounting & Tax & Finance Controls.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Internal Control Officer Prepare group instructions on the implementation of first-level internal control relating to the finance family within AXA Assistance. Represent the finance family and act as the main contact for the Risk Management team. Liaise with the Risk Management team to ensure alignment on Risk and Controls. Define controls in conjunction with local finance teams and internal controllers. Contribute to the correct implementation of controls in the Scala reporting tool. Communicate to Finance teams IFC instructions received from AXA Group and Risk Management. Design and deploy initiatives to improve data quality on financial reporting. On own scope, ensure the correct execution of IFC controls, especially the Scala update with associated evidence. Head of Environmental Reporting IPA SA SII and Reporting Obligations Prepare group instructions on environmental reporting. Lead, coordinate and participate in the collection of information from various contacts (HR, Operations, Procurement, carbon footprint indicators). Check quality and consistency of the data submitted, request amendments when necessary before validating the data collection files on PROGRESS (tool used by the AXA Group for ESG reporting) and prepare the presentation for the CFO's sign-off. Act as the main interface between the Group Environmental Reporting team (PBRC and/or Sustainability), the local sustainability team and the network of contributors (information sharing, 1st level support, etc.). Coordinate group clearances. Prepare regular environmental reports, focusing on the financial aspects of environmental initiatives. Analyze KPIs and justify variations. Report all data in the group reporting tool (Magnitude). Act as AXA Partners' environmental reporting contact for the AXA Group. Draft all the data collection processes required for environmental reporting. Your Profile Required Profile: Education and Key Experiences Master's Degree in Accounting, Controlling or similar – mandatory. Trained in Effective Process Excellence. Knowledge of environmental issues and environmental reporting regulations. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent writing skills. Experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage. Fluent English is required. Key Competencies Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail.
