The Finance team is looking to hire a Finance - Assistant Manager Collections responsible for comprehensive bookkeeping tasks and financial record maintenance.
This role includes managing full charge bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, statutory compliance, vendor payments, invoicing, and financial reporting.
The position requires coordinating with external consultants and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Build to simplify.Skills: Financial AnalysisBudgetingAccountingFinancial ReportingData AnalysisTaxationAuditingKey Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and reportingInvoicing, collection, and reportingPerform full charge bookkeeping, including month and year-end journal entriesVendor payment, customer and vendor reconciliationAccounts Payable and Receivable: Manage customer invoicing along with finalizing the data with business for invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timelinessEnsure timely collection from customers as per the credit termMaintain client accounts of time, billings, and payments as necessaryReconcile customer and vendor statements monthly, tracking receipts for client invoicing and ensuring timely payment to vendorsVendor and Customer Engagement: Engage and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate paymentsOnboard and support customersRequired Skills: Experience with Zoho and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and G-sheetHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalismSelf-motivated and ethical, with a keen attention to detail and accuracyStrong numerical and analytical skills, with an understanding of common financial mattersEffective communication skills, both oral and writtenProficient in accounting software and able to handle diverse tasks including HR-related responsibilitiesExperience in managing customer and vendor relationsAbility to work independently and with diverse personalitiesQualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in Receivables, invoicing, and accounting, with proficiency in accounting softwareCertification Accountant or CMA is preferred but not requiredThis role involves maintaining the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
