Finance Assistant

We're looking for someone to take charge of our accounts payable processes and payroll data processing for our LATAM and SEU region. The role entails the scrutiny and execution of accounts payable processes, comprising the recording and tracking of invoices received from suppliers, preparation of monthly payment schedules, review of expense reports, preparation of personnel cost information for LATAM and SEU, and calculation of intercompany surcharges in accordance with transfer pricing requirements. Results & Responsibilities Account Payable Receipt and processing of invoices from suppliers. Review of purchase orders and allocation of invoices to each PO within the NETSUITE system. Preparation of monthly payment proposals. Monitoring of expense reports and credit card expenditures. Preparation of monthly closing reconciliation files (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, etc.). Payroll Data Processing for LATAM and SEU Review and accounting of payroll files. Estimation of payroll accrual costs (holiday pay, additional payslips, bonuses, etc.). Intercompany Costs Processing for LATAM and SEU Consolidation and integration of time-dedication information reports by employee for processing. Consolidation of payroll files for cost per employee calculations. Intercompany accounting Person Specification Competencies Excellent data management and Excel skills. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge Accounting Business analysis Valuable knowledge in Payslips preparation Experience Two years similar position Valuable Experience in Outsourcing Dpt or Audit Qualifications Business Administration graduate. Advanced Excel courses. English B1 level.
