Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with expertise in programmatic sales to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter with strong market connections to major programmatic companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, and the ability to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business opportunities within the programmatic advertising space. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major programmatic companies. Identify and onboard new clients, fostering long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the industry. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in programmatic advertising. Established professional connections with major programmatic companies. Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges. Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
