Finance Assistant Con Discapacidad

Fundación Adecco , as a social partner of an important company in the luxury sector, collaborates in the Inclusion Plan for PwD. We are currently looking for a curious and proactive Controlling Assistant (focusing on Travel) . Your tasks will include:
Coordinate and communicate with store and head-office employees regarding travel and mission expenses.
Perform accounting and reconciliation related to expense notes and cash advance reports in accordance with the guidelines.
Prepare KPIs on T&E expenses.
Check that the T&E are in line with the guidelines (nature, amount, etc).
Requirements:
- Affinity for numbers
- Ability to check if the expenses are as per the guidelines
- Accuracy
- Good communication skills
- English proficiency
- Persons with disabilities: A Certificate of Disability equal to or greater than 33% issued by the competent public body is required.
