Job Description: Act as the key business support for the dedicated business units with revenue budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing, and profitability projects. Responsibility for Iberia.
Position Purpose: Prepare monthly management reporting packages per product & country with relevant management commentary.
Prepare country pack presentations.
Partner with Country General Managers and Commercial Teams in evaluating new business opportunities in dedicated business units.
Support the adoption of standard finance tools and processes.
Combine FP&A data analytics with business insights to produce accurate budgets and forecasts and clearly measure and communicate performance against these.
Perform customer profitability review.
Analyze and identify the reasons for variations.
Control and analysis of direct costs of dedicated business units.
Participate in current department projects and other tasks.
Skills and Knowledge: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Established financial, commercial and strategic analysis skills.
Base level financial modeling skills (DCF Analysis, scenario analysis, business case development, business valuations, and operational modelling).
Commercial acumen with demonstrated strength in solving both structured and unstructured problems.
Advanced Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to enable the effective management of stakeholders.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to deadlines and without supervision.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's - Finance
Preferred Level of Work Experience: 3 - 5 years
