What you will do:
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Finance Administrator in the Finance Team you will be in charge of:
Reconciliation of suppliers of different products that we offer to our customers.
Review that the invoice matches the expected amount, load it into the system and review the results of the reconciliation.
Analytical review of the discrepancies obtained from the reconciliation. Find patterns and escalate to the proper teams to resolve.
Cross collaboration with different teams from the company.
What you need to succeed:
Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team. Here's what you need to succeed:
Basic knowledge of accounting.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Advanced user of Office Suites.
Detail-oriented and very organized.
Knowledge in Amadeus, Travelport, etc.
