Job Description
The Field Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, on-site management, overseeing a small team, and implementing installation contracts.
Position Description
Implement project planning in accordance with business requirements.
On-site project coordination with customers and subcontractors.
Create daily progress updates with scheduling and regular project reporting.
Ensure safety compliance.
Hands-on supervisor of fixture and equipment installation.
Maintain accurate inventory of materials.
Document project progress and conditions.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and reporting.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved.
Position Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, and communicating.
Ability to stoop, bend, or reach over the shoulder.
Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
Perform work in confined mechanical chases.
Travel on a full-time extended-stay basis nationally (approximately 80%).
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office (Excel, Word, and Project), and Adobe Acrobat.
All qualified applicants are required to pass federal and state criminal background checks and must be able to pass drug testing to access secure facilities.
Plumbing and electrical experience, scheduling experience, and OSHA certification are preferred.
