FMS actively contributes to build the local face of Red Bull within the field area in the most relevant way and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities, by supporting the FMM to embrace local needs and specificities and ensure the development of relevant strategies for the area to impact the heart of local consumers. FMS is in charge of third party and local relevant events, the Event Car program, SOL´s and MSOL´s program within the area and partners management.

Work closely with the FMM on the implementation of the field strategy and on defining ideas and programs to build brand image and increase understanding of the product functionality on a local level. Successfully execute program fundamentals in a truly tailored way, seizing opportunities to implement proven best practices where they suit local needs. Drive consumer trial through activities in line with brand values, international guidelines and expectations to win consumers.
Support the FMM in developing, owning and executing new ideas that are locally relevant complementing the activation of global and national initiatives
Support the FMM in creating and supporting key events, scenes and marketing opportunities in line with Red Bull brand values and relevant to the local consumer and media landscape, with a focus on participation.
Acts as a role model, displaying the Red Bull values with a consistent tone of voice that is motivating and inspiring. Work in close collaboration with Student Marketeers Team ensuring the right impact in consumers, in the right moment, leveraging trial and consumption.
University Degree 3 years minimum. Ideally knowledge in Marketing Ideally a former Student Marketeer with experience and a perfect understanding of Consumer Collecting, Field Marketing & Sales. Loves and lives the brand (the perfect entry level job) and who has possibly done an internship. Experience working at events and Marketing activations from an organizational point of view. Have an important University Lifestyle background. Understands the core scenes in the region and has strong networking skills Have already built and sustained personal relationships in core scenes (Culture, and/or Sports etc.) A strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and "makes things happen" Leadership, motivation and team skills. Strong analytical, planning, budgetary and project management competencies. Knowledge of the local Student Community & Universities. Self-confident, sporty, self-motivated, interested in working with people, stressresistant. Understanding of the Marketing & Sales perspective. Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results. Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
