Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin specialist to join our dynamic team providing HR payroll administrative support.
TasksEnsure that documentation and records are kept up to date and in order.Provide accurate information for requests from staff or managers about payroll or legal issues.Ensure that Workday is updated in line with payroll changes (maternity leave, unpaid leave, etc.).Ensure compliance with the labor legal laws of our different countries (data protection, labor laws, collective agreements, etc.).Conduct research (e.g., salary benchmarks, legal information, etc.).Support the International Payroll Manager in different HR projects and tasks.Follow up on extra hours and days of holiday in alignment with our internal policies (monthly check, reminders to managers, etc.).Prepare work certificates for employees when needed.Manage interns and their agreements with Universities or Study Centres.Prepare necessary documents for employees: contracts, extensions, transformations, leaves of absence.Support health & safety documents and tasks when required, being in contact with the managers of the different locations.Run recurring and/or ad-hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for stakeholders using Excel and Workday data.Manage ticket restaurant cards: creation of new cards and point of contact for all issues for the countries implemented.Be part of the GDPR & Compliance team, acting as the point of contact for GDPR projects and tasks related to our employees.Update Workday with new features when required.Participate in other HR projects with a generalist approach.RequirementsAbout You:To be considered for the role, you will need the following:
EducationBachelor's degree in labor relations/business or a similar relevant field.HR diploma is a plus.Professional Experience and SkillsAt least 2 years' experience in HR administration is essential.Proficient use of Excel (test will be conducted during the interview process).Experience in Workday as an administrator (test will be conducted during the interview process).Knowledge and experience in other HR areas with an interest in participating in various HR projects and tasks.Outstanding time management and organizational ability with great attention to detail.Soft SkillsStrong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.High ethical standard to manage information of a confidential nature.Ability and interest to multitask.Very organized person.Language SkillsEnglish: Fluent.Spanish: Fluent.French, German, or Italian: A big plus.BenefitsAdditional InformationWhat we offer you:
