As a Senior Business Controller, you will lead all topline related controlling topics for the AMEA zone.
What will be your challenges?

Consolidate and analyze the topline equation of the AMEA across all categories: EDP, Waters and Specialized Nutrition.
Understand topline (marketing & sales) drivers by Business Unit, from volume, gross to net, mix to price.
Closely collaborate with different BU / Zone / Global stakeholders to monitor short and mid-term performance of our categories, brands and channels.
Drive and share the AMEA topline dashboards and topline reporting booklets as a base for management decisions, always with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of our topline financial data to the company, key stakeholders and leadership teams (Trend reporting, Actuals closing and forecasts).
Understand risks & opportunities and initiate conversations to ensure topline objectives are met.
Be the finance business partner for the AMEA R&I team to track innovations and renovations on zone level.

About you
For you to succeed in this position, you must have strong analytical skills, team spirit, good communication capabilities, eager to learn and show a continuous improvement mindset. We are looking for someone willing to take on new challenges and with the ability to adapt and drive change.
We believe that it is positive to have:

Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
Over 6-8 years of experience in finance, ideally 3-5 years in topline (marketing & sales) or FP&A.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite: Excel, PowerPoint.
High level of English.
Familiarity with Magnitude (or other ERP systems) and Power BI.
Pro-active, open and transparent, result-oriented and structured way of working.
Comfortable with changes and proactively manages them.
Detail-oriented without losing the big picture and agile as we operate in a dynamic environment.
A proven track record to execute results quickly & effectively while working under deadlines.
