You will manage a delivery team (consultants & technical automation engineers), providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery. Y ou will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our service offering.You will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business and expanding our footprint in the Spanish market.Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include: · You will manage selected local strategic partnerships and support the Chief Business Officer in driving business development efforts both locally and regionally.· Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability for the automation journey· Manage a team of consultants & automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction· Collaborate with other leaders in the company to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client management· Participate in business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and negotiations· Manage and grow the company's customer network. You should have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of customers in the industry, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with them· You will drive the identification of market trends and emerging client demands for specific services in the automation space, the development of a corresponding offering and ensure that both sales and delivery organizations are enabled to bring those services to market· Lead sales and proposal efforts to secure new business· Manage the sales pipeline to optimize sales growth and manage negotiations to secure new business· Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategyRequirements You have a proven track record in delivering projects, with more than 8 years of experience in the consulting industry or professional service firm.You have experience managing teams and developing strategies for growth.You are a subject matter expert in advising clients on their target operating model,covering topics such as strategy, governance, change management.You have experience negotiating with senior stakeholders and managing budgets. As a trusted advisor, you know how to be diplomatic but firm, steering stakeholders towards the right path through the use of argumentation and real life examples
