For our Outlet in Las Rosas , we are currently looking for a Sales Consultant Part Time 60% .
Our Sales Consultants are our ambassadors: committed, passionate, willing to deliver a unique and true luxury experience to the Bally clientele and establish a long-term customer relationship.
Responsibilities Manage proactively the sales in order to ensure the targets are met.
Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store according to the Bally Way to Sell.
Show motivation to succeed, consistently meeting individual goals.
Build customer loyalty through CRM and active client book development.
Actively participate in trainings to support new product introductions.
Help maintain the shop floor, assist with VM, stock management, and replenishment.
Desired Profile Focus on driving sales and meeting targets.
At least 5 years of previous experience in retail.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong focus on clientelling.
Digital attitude.
Excellent standing and attention to grooming.
Passion for fashion and luxury goods.
Strong team player, results-driven, and proactive.
Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment would be a plus.
Fluency in English; other language skills will be considered an advantage.
