As Feature Managers, you will have a central role in the Pocket Champs team. By leading a production team and the vision of new features, you will be shaping the future of the game together with other Feature Managers and their teams. Your future responsibilities and scope:Own the vision for new features on Pocket Champs to build the game's future.Take your own decision in an environment of trust and ownership.Manage a production team of 4 to 8 persons from different crafts and ensure a high level of energy and talent density.Guide the team to ensure the feature is in line with the game pillars and Madbox's editorial line (make it accessible, inclusive, and unique).Analyze the games' performance and players' behaviors to make decisions and impact KPIs.Be the main point of contact for your feature to ensure alignment and cooperation among Madbox's departments.Contribute to Pocket Champs' game vision and production strategy together with other Feature Managers and the Game Director.The profile we are looking for:At least 5 years of working on free-to-play mobile games as a game designer, producer, or product manager.Experience with managing and leading a team to leverage the best impact from everyone.Experience with game design on building games or game features that players enjoy for years.Great knowledge of the industry. You understand what is a successful mobile free-to-play game and the KPIs behind its economic equation.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Basic knowledge of the different crafts of video game production (art, development, game design).Note that: this role is available to Paris and Barcelona.
