Join Western Union as Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition.Western Union powers your pursuit.In this role as Senior Recruiter, you will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition.Role ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the end-to-end hiring process for our business for positions from entry level up to senior level across different business units throughout Europe.Coordinates pre-employment travel, offer process, and new hire experience requirements.Works on complex recruiting issues/activities.Interprets the employment strategy and aligns resources and people to meet strategic goals.Role RequirementsSubstantial experience working within the digital, product, and tech space is essential (hiring across engineering and UX/UI).You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems and will have a strong network across the external market.Ability to work individually or with others in a global, fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, following review and approval processes, and managing timelines thoughtfully with partners.Solid hands-on experience, ideally from an in-house or RPO environment.You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems (Workday, LinkedIn) and will have a good understanding of the talent market.As a seasoned professional, you are used to analyzing complex data and using the same for key decision-making.You would have experience working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders based locally as well as globally in an SLA-focused environment.Fluency in Spanish and English is also required.BenefitsYou will also have access to short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few.Your Spain-specific benefits include:25 days annual leave - plus 10 public holidaysComprehensive life medical cover - including dependents.Contributory pension planPreventative Care Assistance ProgramJoin us for what's next.
