The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist with a strong background in HR functions to join our dynamic People & Culture team and contribute to supporting our diverse workforce, ensuring an exceptional employee experience, and driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
What your day-to-day will look likeBe responsible with a hands-on approach for all People & Culture operations (payroll, labor law compliance, health & safety, employee records, contracts, documents, etc.) and act as the main point of contact with our partners (labor agency, benefit companies, health & risk prevention company, etc.).Provide guidance and support to employees and managers including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning, and contribute to developing and implementing People & Culture procedures and best practices.Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business strategy and drive performance.Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders.Participate in key decision-making processes, ensuring People & Culture considerations are integrated into business strategies.Support the People & Culture team in any other projects you might be needed in (events, communication, change management, research and implementation of initiatives, etc.).RequirementsTechnically: BS / MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4 years' experience in HR generalist roles, with a track record of handling diverse HR functions (labor, risk prevention, training, employee engagement).Must have strong experience handling different Spanish labor law procedures.Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Advanced English & Spanish, both written and spoken.Proficiency in MS Office.Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges.Negotiation and coaching skills.Personally: Strong interpersonal skills including executive presence, adaptability, and resilience. You are organized with high standards of quality and precision in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
