Global client headquartered in the United Kingdom with a growing footprint across EMEA are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner (ideally with previous Manufacturing experience) for their operations in Spain. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, this role will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of all HR policies and processes aligned with the global HR initiatives and business strategy.
ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted business partner to the Global Head of HR, local Managing Director and other stakeholders, working collaboratively with them to develop and deliver HR solutions that meet the business objectives and expansion.Provide advice and solutions to key stakeholders in line with C&B and grading strategy.Partner with the local MD and senior leaders to define and implement HR strategies that drive organizational performance.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices and processes locally following local laws and guidelines.Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights that inform HR strategies and tactics.Stay current with HR practices, legislation, and trends, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Manage and drive local talent acquisition projects in partnership with Global.HRIS reporting and other projects when required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, working in a fast-paced, demanding environment ideally within the manufacturing sector.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills, able to analyze data and make informed decisions.Sound knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to take ownership and partner and advise at senior levels.Previous multinational organisation experience would be preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects and priorities, and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
