- As part of the local factory management, the objective of this position is formulating the right IT solution strategy for the Factory as well as Delivery / Deployment Program, in line with D&IT strategy
- You will serve as a solution architect responsible for driving the selection, design and delivery of IT solutions to support Factory and Delivery/Deployment Program's growth and transformation objectives, actively engaging with business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business requirements, and alignment with strategic priorities
- You will lead the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, in accordance with JTI's Project Management Framework, and established IT standards, policies and procedures, J-Sox controls, and industry best practices
- You will be responsible for ensuring that 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with JTI quality standards and fulfil agreed-upon project commitments and contractual obligations. You are expected to exercise fiscal discipline and transparency in the overall project budget management
- While ensuring adherence to JTI IT and Corporate governance standards, the incumbent leads and manages his/her direct reports and/or project implementation team, ensuring identified projects are executed, while day-to-day operations continue in an effective and efficient mannerWhat will you do - Responsibilities:Business Relationship Management:- Proactively engage with relevant cluster business stakeholders / Delivery - Deployment Program teammates / respective BTS & other D&IT teams to gain solid understanding of related processes in order to effectively formulate the right solution strategy, ensuring alignment all impacted stakeholders- Serve as IT solution consultant to business stakeholders and take the lead in mapping relevant technologies and D&IT services to support business / Delivery - Deployment plan execution
