Job Description JOB SCOPE Installation, repair and maintenance of all plant facility.
Preparation, drawing, review and safekeeping of Corporate Building Plans, Blue Prints, AutoCAD as-built layout designs.
Responsible for the qualification and validation of new and existing facility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design and Maintenance: Design and maintain structural systems such as foundations, walls, roofs and other related structures.
Inspection and Assessment: Regularly inspect buildings and facilities to identify issues related to structural integrity and safety.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive procedures to ensure the longevity and reliability of building infrastructures.
Project Management: Plan and coordinate construction projects, including renovations and refurbishments, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.
Coordination: Work with external contractors and internal teams to manage repairs and maintenance activities.
Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local government regulations.
Energy Management: Monitor and manage efforts to reduce energy consumptions and costs.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incidents, inventory of building components and equipment.
Emergency response: Address emergency issues promptly and coordinate swift responses to minimize downtime.
Qualifications EDUCATION: Graduate of: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Licensed Civil Engineer.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: At least 3-5 years of experience in facility management, civil engineering or related field.
