This role requires a high level of organization and physical tasks, necessitating structure, accuracy, and attention to detail. You must be skilled in various areas, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Duties include inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs. You will be a jack-of-all-trades with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, hydraulic systems, and basic tools and appliances. To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills.What you'll do Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical works, plumbing, painting, building works, and carpentry. Provide events setup support. Inspect the building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. Repair faulty equipment units and damaged appliances. Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality. Plan and schedule repairs. Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies. Research and compare vendor services for maintenance and improvement works. Keep records of completed works in internal tools. Purchase and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies. Collaborate with contractors and other professionals during renovations. Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required as part of the facilities management services.
