Facilities Manager career opportunity with our Healthcare client in Los Angeles, CA. The Facilities Manager will oversee the operational continuity of the center, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for participants, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, compliance, project management, and team leadership to support the delivery of care. Responsibilities: Create and implement scalable systems for managing existing and future centers. Receive and triage work orders, prioritize urgent issues, and ensure timely resolution. Perform minor repairs to keep the center in top shape. Coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs and improvement projects. Maintain an inventory of essential supplies and place orders as needed. Schedule and track preventive maintenance tasks. Ensure facility compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational regulations. Build rapport with various vendors and ensure service level agreements are met. Manage repair or renovation projects, ensuring they are scoped, budgeted, approved, and executed within the established timeline. Play a key role in setting up new facilities and assist with event support. Provide direct supervision, guidance, and mentorship to the facility maintenance team. Create and manage work schedules, address staffing challenges, and foster a positive team culture.
