Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa, Mallorca is located on a cliff and surrounded by pine forests looking over the fishing town of Port Soller. Its 121 spacious guestrooms and suites, all with private terrace or French balcony, enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea or views of the port and the impressive Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO Heritage site. About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a F&B Attendant to join Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
To serve guests' requirements to their satisfaction following the Jumeirah standards, under supervision of the Senior Waiter.
To ensure that all guests are correctly and speedily logged and processed in the most courteous way.
To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
To take food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally ensuring all information is correct.
To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during, and after service.
To actively assist the Senior Waiter in the service of food, beverage, and tobacco.
To promote a good team spirit and good relationship within the restaurant and kitchen brigades.

About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualifications: Basic Food Hygiene Training
Food & Beverage related Certificate
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role and type of establishment
Skills: Excellent level of English & Spanish
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent customer skills
Knowledge of Open Table System
