The hotel is divided into eleven low-rise structures ensuring that visitors experience a truly exceptional and natural environment.About the Role:An opportunity has arisen for a F&b Attendant to join the summer season 2024 of Jumeirah Port de Soller. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: -Takes orders from customers and Waiter/Waitress in a timely, professional and friendly manner. -Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to Beverage Recipes. -Serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to defined standards. -Ensures that the guest is presented with the correct order and that all drinks are prepared and served as agreed in the standard operating procedures.-Maintains a complete knowledge of cocktails, beverages and wines to advise the guests and colleagues when necessary.-Collects money for drinks served and process financial transactions according to Jumeirah cashiering procedures. -Ensures that all stock is established as per par levels and stored according to the Food Hygiene Standards.-Undertakes opening, closing & cleaning tasks as detailed on checklists.-Maintains accurate and up-to-date temperature records for all fridge units within the bar whilst on duty.About the benefits:Besides generous F&B benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who like to associate her/himself with one of the most luxurious brand in the hospitality industry.RequirementsAbout You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:- A minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a luxury hospitality brand-Proficient in English and a second language (Spanish preferably) would be an added advantage-Knowledge on alcohol pairing and taste-Food and alcohol handling certifications
