The chance to push the limits every single day.As a humble family business that started 70 years ago, popularly known as AMW, now a fully-owned subsidiary of Al Futtaim Group (AFG) of United Arab Emirates, is one of the pioneers in the Automotive industry in Sri Lanka.Minimum Requirements Successfully passed the GCE O/L and A/L examinations.Good computer literacy with the ability to work with MS Office package (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).Minimum 2 years' experience related to administration or operations; knowledge of SAP systemwould be an added advantage.Possess good communication skills in both English and Sinhala/Tamil.Good analytical and interpersonal skills.Ability to work long hours when required.Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintain proper coordination among PDC, sales team, invoicing team, and outside partners of the company whenever required, and handle sales dealers to complete their orders via entering them into SAP.Payment clearance and receipting support, coordinating with the sales team and finance team.Preparation of documentation, and after signed by relevant authorities, arrange to courier for respective dealers and keep the sales team updated with the AMW information.Update daily reports and collect market information; prepare lost sales and aging reports.#J-18808-Ljbffr
