Support the strategy and manage the processes of Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Performance Management, ensuring streamlined processes and continuous improvement.Your main responsibilities:Talent Attraction: Collaboration with the Talent Attraction strategy, comprehensive management of the selection processes, development of metrics, reporting, support for expense approval, internships, and onboarding.Learning & Development: Collaboration with the L&D strategy, training logistics, management of documentation, management of virtual platforms, and monitoring of training statistics.Performance Management: Collaboration with the Performance Management strategy, administration of platforms, and monitoring of the performance evaluation process.Skills and Competencies: Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in international environments or multinational companies.
English B2/C1 (Advanced Level).
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management will be positively valued.
Proficiency in MS office and digital platforms.
Knowledge and experience related to the application of AI solutions to HR processes and Human Capital Management platforms will be highly valued
