The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in a broad spectrum of digital marketing tasks to support our marketing initiatives across Spain & Portugal. This multifaceted role consists of building web pages, arranging social media activity, and partnering on various tasks with our content writers and digital marketing operations and analytics teams. As a team member of a dynamic team, no two days are the same. So it would suit someone who wants to learn everything about digital marketing and has strong project management and solid communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Helps build the firm's local digital presence (website, social media).Supporting the management of marketing PR campaign pipeline.Support the development and implementation of marketing events.Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide appropriate reporting and status updates.Collaborating closely with the Marketing Digital, Operations, Content and Social Media teams to ensure maximum marketing channel success.Communicating execution plans, milestones, responsibilities, and results.Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through the firm's marketing analytics tools, own campaign reporting in collaboration with the marketing analytics team and using this data to continually improve the effectiveness of our campaigns.Help enhancing the local alumni programme.Supports specific projects related to local campaigns.Maintaining and managing our contacts database, including coordinating responses to campaigns and event invitations.Supporting with contact searches and data manipulation for campaigns and events.Key Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media (or similar/comparable).Ideally 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing.Fluent English verbal and written & native/fluent in Spanish.Digital marketing savvy.Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems.Some technical experience of building web pages, or similar (full training offered on our tools).Nice to have: Delivering marketing content for different channels, including social media and web.
