.Hello!At Factorial, we're looking for a new Compensation and Benefits Specialist to help us boost the company to the next level!Ready to be part of the challenge?As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you'll help us design and manage competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs to support our fast-growing team. Working closely with the People Operations team, you will analyze market trends, recommend adjustments, and ensure our programs are aligned with our company's values and growth objectives.
