Job Description: Working as a core member of our IT Transformation Office, you will develop IT processes and management solutions with the aim of improving our workflows and ensuring optimization and efficiency. Our IT ecosystem is becoming more dependent on having PPM, CMDB and ITSM systems to automate IT service lifecycle covering planning, build, delivery, and run activities. You will be part of a team that will help to deliver and drive change.
More specifically, you will:
Manage the execution of IT process improvements. You will assess the feasibility of processes and recommend alternative approaches.Analyze and design processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and exploit new technologies and automation.Develop graphical models of IT process to facilitate understanding and decision-making.Adopt a Lean and Agile approach focused on delivering value and high-quality services.Ensure that adequate and sufficient IT-related capabilities are available to support enterprise objectives effectively at optimal cost.Define and keep updated the processes and monitor the effectiveness and performance of the enterprise's governance of IT.Allocate roles and responsibilities based on approved job descriptions and allocated IT process activities.Continually monitor control activities on an end-to-end basis to identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure that a Governance model is established for monitoring control and service management, assets and resources.Assess whether the governance system and implemented mechanisms are operating effectively and provide appropriate oversight of IT activities.Ensure ownership of key control activities.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's with relevant IT or Computer science background.Relevant experience in IT management through the entire delivery and operational life cycle.Experience of working within a matrix structure.Broad multi-technology knowledge beneficial.Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.Additional Information: This position will be based at our office in Madrid.
