(F058) | Global Head Procurement – Marketing & SalesYour responsibilities will include:Drive and implement category strategic goals from overall Procurement strategy and Ecosystem management.Derive game-changing strategies by defining clear category objectives, working with analytical data, business stakeholders, and market expertise, aligning strategies to measurable targets, and clearly conveying them to the organization.Project the dynamics and impacts (e.g., mergers and acquisitions).Extract, cleanse, and consolidate information to create fact-based insights for further usage in category strategies.Participate in and/or lead financial discussions, applying financial knowledge actively in the budgeting process, including tax aspects in sourcing strategies and structuring sophisticated deals with ecosystem partners.Map the value chain, analyzing it and deriving potential scenarios, including the understanding and application of total cost of ownership and should cost modeling.Compliance & risk management: support reports to determine appropriate compliance levels, monitor end-to-end compliance (budget, payment, vendor PO, contract invoice, buying channel, etc.), and derive corrective actions to improve compliance.Plan, organize, and manage projects considering priorities, resources, budgets, issues, and constraints to achieve desired results; define clear project scope and objectives; utilize software and tools to plan, track, and report status.Support the definition and implementation of Procurement tools and processes.Manage data analysis and reporting, e.g., analyzing spend, demand, supply markets, and competitors.Demand management: ensure the right balance between business needs and Sandoz' strategy, working with stakeholders to identify the most cost-effective ways to deliver business objectives.Sourcing and supplier relationships management: execute the Source-to-Contract process including respective strategies, approaches, and methods; prepare and conduct fact-based negotiations; adapt tactics from a broad portfolio of negotiation strategies to achieve results supporting business and Procurement objectives.Business Partnering & Engagement: actively enlist SLT members and senior business partners' support within Commercial functions at global and regional levels, achieving results by proactively building long-term, sustainable, and effective relationships, understanding the stakeholder landscape, and demonstrating political astuteness across business structures and networks.Analyze specifications for optimization, link specification to customer value, and challenge specifications confidently while conveying messages clearly and convincing stakeholders.Change Management: act as an impactful change leader within the PLT, for your team and with your stakeholders.
