We believe our people are our most important asset, so we'll offer you a dynamic international working environment with constant opportunities for development.We need to reinforce our Logistics team by incorporating a Export AssistantYour roleFollow-up/Control of the company's logistics management (transport by land/sea/air).Issuance of necessary documents for national/international transport.Coordination between the different departments of the company to manage logistics.Commercial Department/Planning Department/Shipping Department).Management with external warehouses.Incident Management with Transport Suppliers.Languages: High level of English.Good organisational skills.Highly valued training in International Trade (Incoterms, International Conventions BL, IATA, CMR, claims deadlines depending on the type of transport contracted).Proven knowledge in Customs Management (Customs Regimes, Preferential Agreements between countries, issuing of DUAS, DAES...)High knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word.ValuablePrevious and recent experience of at least 3 years as a logistics, import/export administrative officer.Knowledge of regulations for the transport of dangerous goods by air (IATA), land (ADR), maritime (IMDG).#J-18808-Ljbffr
