You can look forward to being embedded in teams consisting of other driven and curious Bain staff, working alongside consultants, other tech experts (e.g., Cloud, Architecture), design experts, and software developers.WHAT YOU'LL DOMissionProvide data and analytics expertise, focusing on data analysis, database management, data modeling, data architecture, data visualization, and ETL processes.Deliver client excellence through insights and execution of day-to-day delivery in a high-quality, detail-oriented manner.Contribute to preparation and presentation of data and analytics capabilities for major projects and proposals.Essential functionsParticipate in end-to-end transformational projects, centered around data and analytics.Serve as a subject matter expert for clients, offering profound knowledge of data and analytics tools.Plan, execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes.Prepare and finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and business proposals.Engage in project and wider program/framework management activities.Implement focused change management strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in and acceptance.ABOUT YOUEducationRequired: Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, software engineering, computer programming, information technology, business informatics, or related fields.Preferred: Courses in data analysis, data management, and data visualization.ExperienceExtensive knowledge and experience with S/4 HANA.10 years of technology experience, including 8+ years of experience in data and analytics.Successful track record of managing and growing senior client relationships.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Knowledge, skills and abilitiesDeep understanding of data analysis, database management, data modeling, data architecture, data visualization, and ETL processes.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements (e.g.
GDPR).Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Ability to make and drive a plan, prepare workshops and drive client alignment.Willingness and readiness to travel abroad as needed.Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, effective collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Effective leadership skills to manage a small team of junior analysts or experts.
