We are seeking a Digital Order Experience Product Owner to join our team and be responsible for the end-to-end management of the self-service OX Product delivery within the DCR organization.
This position involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing the release process, ensuring that all software changes are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with business objectives.
This person acts as a bridge between development, quality assurance, operations, and product management teams.
Main Responsibilities Release Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive release schedule that aligns with project timelines and stakeholder requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and product owners to understand the scope and priority of upcoming releases.
Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on release goals and timelines.
Organize and lead release planning meetings, including release readiness reviews.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles in the release process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Conduct impact assessments for changes and communicate potential risks to stakeholders.
Release Execution: Oversee the deployment of software releases across various environments (development, testing, staging, and production).
Ensure that all release documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
Ensure the delivery of Backlog items as well as constant evolution of existing product features and/or future enhancements.
Develop and maintain an appropriate prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
Collaborate closely with the technical delivery team during the Build Phase
