Our main office is in Vienna, with a satellite office in the Philippines, and a diverse remote team with colleagues working in Italy, Spain, UK, and Poland.Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiativesEnsure organizational compliance with local regulationsDesign and implement employee retention strategiesAnalyze trends in compensation and benefitsMonitor and refine our compensation strategy, informed by market research and pay surveysEnsure all company HR policies are applied consistentlyUse performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the teamInvestigate employee issues and conflicts, and bring them to resolutionMaintain HR systems and processesProvide support and guidance to HR staffConduct performance and salary reviewsDevelop training materials and coordinate career development reviews to optimally support employees' professional growth and career aspirationsIn addition, when necessary, you will assist in the staffing process; which includes:Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboardingLiaising with Austrian authorities for visa and work permit applicationsActing as a main point of contact for all EOR communications and payroll mattersActing as a main point of contact for the Austrian accounting team for all payroll mattersYour profile RequirementsAdvanced level English (the company language is English)Advanced level GermanComprehensive practical and theoretical understanding of Austrian labor lawAt least 4 years' experience in HR generalist or similar roleAdept at managing interpersonal relationships, facilitating effective collaboration, and resolving issues in a constructive mannerExcels in written and verbal communicationHighly organized and proficient in prioritizing time and tasksStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBased in ViennaIdeal SkillsEnglish C1+German native speakerWhy us?
