The role requires independence, initiative, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales teams and business partners.ResponsibilitiesHub CoordinationManage the hub's agenda and coordinate schedules with sales teams.Ensure all amenities (e.g., drinks, snacks, equipment) are well-maintained and stocked.Personalize the hub environment for customer visits by setting up displays, videos, and attract screens.Customer Experience ManagementOrganize customer travel logistics, accommodations, and invitations.Plan and oversee club visits to ensure seamless execution.Coordinate participation of internal and external experts during customer interactions.Operational ExcellenceEnsure all products and solutions in the Experience Hub are fully operational.Manage merchandising materials and other resources as needed.Prepare reports on visit outcomes, client satisfaction (NPS), and opportunities generated.Requirements QualificationsBachelor's degree.Fluent in English and Spanish.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present both technical and non-technical information effectively.Strong presentation and software demonstration skills.Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a multi-time zone environment.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Knowledge or experience in digital technologies is a plus.1-3 years of work experience in consultancies or similar businesses is preferred.Soft SkillsResults-driven, with a commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes.Highly organized and systematic in planning and executing tasks.Clear and effective communicator with strong persuasive abilities.Adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
