At Cross Border Talents we are searching for Customer Support Specialists to work for a multinational Company in Athens (Greece).
We are looking for native/fluent speakers in Spanish.

Responsibilities: Handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments).
This will be via phone, email and chat channels Assist customers with questions regarding payment, changes, cancellation or any other concerns.
Requirements: EU Passport or Right to work in Greece To speak Spanish; Good level of English (B2) Any customer-facing role Good soft skills Problem-solving skills Passionate about customers Upbeat and positive Working model onsite Benefits: Competitive Base Salary (from 16 800 euros/year to 26 600 euros/year) Private Health & Life Insurance; Performance bonus; Signing bónus; 25 days annual leave; Working hours: 40h per week = 8 hours per day / 5 days a week.
Relocation package: 3 weeks Accommodation  in a great hotel close by the office (after these 3 weeks of accommodation there is no assistance with Real Estate agencies up to 300€  accommodation support for the candidates moving from abroad (with the 1st payment) legal support with hiring documents  (candidates need to gather and provide the required documents) Apply now!
