At Gettin, we are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our customer headquarters international product management team. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our product lifecycle. This includes conducting market research, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing product development and launch. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful product management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Create and manage a detailed product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in the market. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product specifications and ensure successful execution. Oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business and customer impact. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on product initiatives. Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management and other relevant parties. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product continuously. Conduct post-launch evaluations to gather feedback and inform future product developments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches. Strong understanding of the mobile app industry Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
