Incumbent will work closely with all members of the GPLT and other key senior leaders and stakeholders across Grifols to drive and execute strategic projects, identify, develop, and implement cross-functional initiatives to support the Plasma business strategy.ResponsibilitiesServes as a strategist, consultant, and implementer for the Plasma President.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:Bachelor degree in relevant field required, MBA preferred.Bachelors + 15 years (Masters + 12) progressive business analysis, strategic planning, finance, operations or related commercial experience within the healthcare/retail industry.Global or International experience can be equivalent to 10 years of experience.Proven abilities in strategy development, market analysis, launch execution, and strategy implementation.Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute and follow-up in a timely manner and anticipate problems or roadblocks.Ability to work with the highest level of management at Grifols and be part of the GPLT.Demonstrated ability to work directly with the President on a regular basis or other senior executives or colleagues on matters of high importance.Excellent track record of project management, with the ability to work across all functions with all levels of stakeholders both locally and internationally.Excellent written and oral communication and good interpersonal skills.High standards of ethics and personal integrity.Bilingual in English and Spanish.What we offerIt is a brilliant opportunity for you.
