You will be their gatekeeper and proactive trustee.
Since not every task might be communicated in a direct manner, it is important that you are confident and not afraid to take initiative.
You are reliable, discreet, and able to work in a structured and efficient way.
What you'll doProvide administrative and organizational support to a VP in MapsProactively anticipate their needs and protect their timeComplex calendar management, travel booking; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagementsWrite documents, prepare agendas for meetings, and have an eye on progress and participantsBe a central point of contact for the leadership team and other departments, prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts, eventually with little guidanceHelp drive projectsOrganize events and offsitesWhat you'll needMinimum 3 years of experience as an (Executive) AssistantExcellent communication skills in EnglishVery good organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize, take initiative, and carry multiple projects at the same timeAbility to find solutions without or only little guidanceDesire to learn in a safe environment about technology and TomTom's businessWhat we offerA competitive compensation package, of course.
