Providing proactive and efficient EA support to the CEO and Team. Managing the CEO to ensure deadlines are met by assessing and establishing priority tasks, allocating appropriate time for action, and providing briefings/summary information in advance.
Diary management involves managing conflicting demands, ensuring a balance of work and home for the CEO, recognizing the importance and relevance of meetings, and the ability to prioritize.
Handling highly confidential information including strategy plans, Board papers, financial results, and colleague personal data.
Supporting the CEO in activities such as arranging travel schedules (domestic) and collating daily diary packs with necessary papers, travel information, tickets, etc.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D) It is essential that you have supported a CEO or a TEAM. Must have extensive experience handling Board papers and writing Board reports as well as invoices. Nice to have experience in Financial Services firms previously. Fluent in English Level C2. Nice to have fluent Dutch Level.
